Before making your first booking we recommend that you get in touch to confirm if delivery is available in your area. Traditionally On The Spot Drycleaners have delivered across the CBD and Melbourne’s inner city suburbs, locally in Richmond and south-east towards Balaclava and Caulfield.
Pickup and delivery can then be arranged securely via our On The Spot app.
Please provide any special instructions about your garments in the relevant field when you schedule your collection. In addition, you may also enclose a physical note with your garments. This will ensure that our delivery team, dry cleaning and laundry technicians are made aware of any concerns you may have with stains, repairs or delicate garments etc.
TIP: For first time users, gather your garments together in a bag of your choice. After your garments are collected and cleaned by our professionals, each item will then be conveniently packaged in our VIP Valet bag before being delivered back to you. You can now use this VIP Valet bag for all future dry cleaning and laundry pickups.
